MEET EMILY ROOSE, INTERIOR & PRODUCT DESIGNER

Emily's path to design wasn't linear — and that's exactly what makes her perspective different.

Before launching ERI, Emily spent years as a digital content director in Southern California's country radio scene, leading brand strategy and promotions for iHeart Media — with deep ties to Nashville through nationally syndicated shows and the music industry at large. That experience gave her something most designers don't have: an instinct for how spaces communicate, how details shape perception, and how to protect a client's time and investment through a process that's organized, decisive, and clear.

When Emily made the leap into design, she immersed herself in every side of the industry. She trained under LEED-accredited and historic preservation designer Sarah Barnard, then worked under celebrity designer Steven Cordrey — contributing to hospitality, commercial, and residential projects with budgets reaching $200 million, while managing his designer showroom Cordrey Collection in the LA Mart and learning the art of custom furniture design firsthand.

From there, she served as the in-house interior designer for a Lake Tahoe architectural firm and two custom home builders, and worked alongside high-end luxury designers from Los Angeles to Lake Tahoe — learning the industry from every angle before ever leading a project of her own.

A personal health journey with thyroid disease deepened her commitment to wellness-centered design — not as a trend, but as a foundation. Every material, every finish, every spatial decision is filtered through the question: does this support how you want to live and feel?

Emily holds degrees in both marketing and interior design and is a member of ASID. Her work has been featured in Elle Decor, Dwell, Mountain Living, and HGTV, and recognized with international awards across residential design and custom product design.

She brings a calm confidence to complex projects — and a genuine love for the people she collaborates with, from clients to builders to the electrician on-site at 7 AM.
