Hopkins Village | 50-Unit Townhome Community for the Truckee Workforce
(Truckee, CA)
Hopkins Village is a new construction 50-unit townhome community in Truckee, California, thoughtfully created to support the local Lake Tahoe workforce. Designed to keep working families close to their jobs and community, the development helps reduce long commutes from Reno and surrounding areas while delivering modern, livable homes in Truckee.
Emily Roose Interiors collaborated with the developer to create four curated exterior and interior design packages that offer buyers flexibility while maintaining a cohesive neighborhood aesthetic. The interiors were designed with contemporary, neutral finishes that function as a clean, timeless blank canvas—allowing homeowners to personalize their space over time.
Each package was developed with working families in mind, prioritizing comfort, durability, and modern appeal. The result is a community that balances thoughtful design standards with practical, everyday livability—supporting the long-term health and vibrancy of Truckee.
