Hopkins Village | 50-Unit Townhome Community for the Truckee Workforce

Truckee, CA

Hopkins Village is a new construction 50-unit townhome community in Truckee, California, designed by Emily Roose Interiors in collaboration with the developer as a full-service interior design project. Created to support the local Lake Tahoe workforce, the development provides thoughtfully designed homes that allow residents to live closer to their jobs, families, and community.

The design approach balances neighborhood cohesion with flexibility for individual homeowners. Four curated exterior and interior design packages were developed to create a unified architectural aesthetic while offering buyers meaningful opportunities for personalization. Each package reflects a contemporary neutral palette designed to serve as a timeless foundation adaptable over time.

Interiors were planned with durability, comfort, and long-term livability in mind—supporting the needs of working families while maintaining a strong design perspective throughout the community. Clean lines, restrained materials, and modern finishes create homes that feel functional, current, and enduring.

Hopkins Village reflects Emily Roose Interiors’ approach to multi-family and development design—where thoughtful planning, market awareness, and cohesive execution come together to support both community impact and long-term residential value.
