Designed by Emily Roose Interiors for a luxury vacation home in Martis Camp, Truckee, California, the Vivian King Bed is a custom tufted upholstered king bed created to bring refined elegance and comfort to the primary suite. Designed for the same client as the X Dining Table and Anna Credenza, the bed complements the home’s modern aesthetic while adding a softer, more luxurious layer through texture and color.

Crafted with a solid wood frame and upholstered in a rich blue velvet, the Vivian King Bed was tailored to fit the room perfectly—balancing proportion, presence, and everyday livability. The result is a timeless statement piece that elevates the bedroom with warmth, sophistication, and a boutique-hotel feel.
