This luxury condominium renovation focused on elevating key spaces through custom millwork, architectural detailing, and refined material selections.

In the primary suite, Emily Roose Interiors reimagined the bathroom with custom-designed floating vanities, integrated linen cabinetry, custom illuminated mirrors, a redesigned feature wall, and a freestanding soaking tub set on a raised platform to create a more spa-like experience. Thoughtfully considered storage solutions, custom detailing, and refined material selections transformed the space into a sophisticated retreat while maximizing both function and luxury.

Additional enhancements included updating the elevator lobby chandelier to create a stronger arrival experience and designing a custom built-in bar for the primary bedroom. The bar features a beverage refrigerator, dual refrigerator drawers, an electric fireplace, floating glass shelving, and dramatic backlit Cristallo quartzite used on the countertop, waterfall leg, and full-height backsplash. Decorative pendant lighting was incorporated to add warmth, elegance, and visual impact while creating a hospitality-inspired experience within the suite.

The result is a refined urban residence that balances luxury, functionality, and custom craftsmanship while enhancing the everyday living experience of the home.
