Ehrman Drive Hilltop is a grand mountain modern estate in the prestigious gated community of Martis Camp in Truckee, California, designed by Emily Roose Interiors as a full-service interior design project. Perched high above Martis Valley, the three-level custom residence captures sweeping views of the surrounding mountain landscape while balancing contemporary architecture with a strong connection to place.

Spanning 7,500 square feet, the home includes six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms—offering generous accommodations for family and guests. Designed for both everyday ease and elevated entertaining, the residence features a spacious media room with kitchenette, dedicated golf simulator room, sophisticated wine room, expansive outdoor living spaces, and a versatile loft overlooking the surrounding landscape.

At the center of the home, an open-concept kitchen is supported by a large scullery equipped with additional appliances, creating a functional entertaining environment that allows prep and storage to remain discreetly integrated into the design.

Additional features—including a welcoming mudroom, oversized laundry room, elevator connecting all three levels, and expansive decks and patios—support a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle designed around comfort, gathering, and mountain living.
