Designed by Emily Roose Interiors for a private residence in Incline Village, Nevada—just above Lake Tahoe—these two custom leather sofas were created for relaxed, everyday luxury. With a clean, seamless bench seat cushion and an ideal lounge-ready depth, the sofas are designed for real life: stretching out to watch the game, laying down for a movie night, or settling in with a book.

Each sofa measures 90" long x 42" deep x 32" overall height, offering generous comfort without feeling oversized. To keep the look polished and functional, the back and side pillows feature discreet Velcro attachments to prevent shifting and sliding—maintaining a tailored appearance even with daily use. The result is a refined, highly livable custom seating solution that balances comfort, durability, and modern craftsmanship for a Lake Tahoe lifestyle.
