Designed by Emily Roose Interiors for a private residence in Incline Village, Nevada, these custom leather sofas were created to bring relaxed luxury and everyday comfort to the home. Located above Lake Tahoe, the design reflects a lifestyle centered around warmth, durability, and effortless living.

Each sofa is defined by a seamless bench seat cushion that eliminates visual interruption while supporting a more relaxed, lounge-oriented experience. Generous depth and carefully considered proportions allow the pieces to function naturally for gathering, reading, or extended lounging throughout the day.

Crafted in leather for both longevity and texture, the sofas balance softness with architectural structure. Back and side cushions are secured with concealed Velcro attachments, maintaining a tailored appearance while preventing movement during everyday use.

The result is a custom seating collection that feels refined, welcoming, and deeply livable—reflecting Emily Roose Interiors’ approach to furniture design through comfort, materiality, and functional detailing.
