Martis Camp Luxury Vacation Home Staging | Mountain Modern Spec Home (Truckee, CA)

This luxury home staging project features a 6,500 sq ft new construction vacation spec home located in the prestigious gated Martis Camp golf community in Truckee, California. Designed to help buyers immediately understand the scale, lifestyle, and livability of the home, the staging was created to highlight architectural features and make each space feel purposeful, elevated, and move-in ready.

Emily Roose Interiors brought a mountain modern aesthetic to life—balancing luxury, elegance, and comfort for year-round Tahoe living. Each room was thoughtfully staged to showcase versatile living areas, from cozy retreats to sophisticated entertaining spaces. Natural materials, layered textures, and a landscape-complementary palette were used to enhance the home’s connection to its surroundings and appeal to discerning buyers.

By staging every space with intention and clarity, the home was positioned to stand out in the Martis Camp market—helping prospective buyers envision themselves relaxing, hosting, and living in the home across all seasons.
