This luxury home staging project in Martis Camp, Truckee, California, was designed by Emily Roose Interiors for a 6,500-square-foot new construction spec home. Created to help prospective buyers immediately understand the scale, atmosphere, and livability of the residence, the staging was approached with the same level of intention as a full-service interior design project.

Each space was carefully curated to highlight the home’s architectural features while defining purpose, flow, and everyday function throughout the residence. The goal extended beyond furnishing the home—translating its potential into a fully realized mountain lifestyle experience.

A refined mountain modern aesthetic guides the interiors, balancing warmth, comfort, and contemporary sophistication. Natural materials, layered textures, and a palette inspired by the Tahoe landscape strengthen the connection between the interior environment and its surroundings while appealing to buyers seeking a turnkey mountain retreat.

From intimate gathering spaces to larger entertaining areas, each room was designed to feel purposeful, immersive, and connected to the rhythm of year-round mountain living.

This project reflects Emily Roose Interiors’ approach to property presentation—where market awareness, thoughtful planning, and elevated design come together to create strong visual impact and meaningful buyer connection.
