• Occupied Staging / Styling (most common): editing, rearranging, and styling with what is already in the home, plus recommendations for strategic additions.

• Pre-Listing Design Punch List: a prioritized plan covering paint, lighting temperature, hardware, rugs, art placement, and small upgrades that make a big impact.

• Accessory + Styling Support: finishing touches for photography and open houses.

• Vacant Staging (select): available on a limited basis depending on scope and inventory needs and rental availability.
